It consists of Korean beef, shiitake mushroom and pen shells. All ingredients are produced in Jangheung. It is more famous on a national scale when Korean TV show ‘One Day Two Nights’ introduced it.

The way you enjoy it is very simple. You choose one of bucher’s shops, buy specific parts of beef you want and enter the restaurant which has a sign ‘Samhap’. It’s done!

Where are the mushrooms and shells? The restaurant employee will prepare them with a hot grill.

If you don’t like original Samhap because of its sharp-tasting, Try Jangheung Samhap! You can enjoy a mild taste. Do you know some people visit Jangheung intentionally only for this?
